Manager – Executive CompensationLocations: Brooklyn, NY / Boston, MA (Hybrid) Relocation Assistance Available
We are looking for an experienced Executive Compensation professional to support the design, implementation, and administration of executive reward and global mobility programs. The role will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, legal, and tax teams to manage executive compensation strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise senior leadership on executive hiring, internal movements, retention awards, and exits
- Manage the complete join-to-leave process for executives including compensation proposals, offers, term sheets, and separation agreements
- Calculate and structure compensation packages, including equity buyouts and incentive plans
- Partner with legal and tax teams on compensation-related matters
- Lead executive compensation activities during annual compensation cycles
- Support administration of executive incentive and equity plans
- Develop and maintain executive reward guidelines and processes
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of compensation arrangements
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate compensation processes
- Manage global mobility arrangements and third-party vendors
- Support implementation and administration of equity/share plans in the US and UK
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Executive Compensation, Reward Management, and Global Mobility
- Experience designing and implementing compensation programs involving base pay, bonus, incentives, equity, and benefits
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing complex compensation arrangements and benchmarking
- Advanced Excel and compensation reporting/HR systems experience
- Knowledge of market analysis and job evaluation methodologies
- Experience within a large commercial organization preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- CIPD qualification preferred
- Experience with equity/share plans including restricted shares, performance shares, stock options, and cash-based incentive plans
