Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Partner to lead and expand key strategic relationships within the Healthcare (Provider) vertical. This is a farmer role, focused on managing, nurturing, and growing existing client accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep industry insight, strong delivery oversight, and a proven ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within mature relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic client relationships within the Provider Healthcare segment, acting as the single point of contact for business success and satisfaction.
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with the client’s digital transformation goals (AI, Automation, Cloud, Data, etc.).
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business environment, strategic priorities, and IT landscape to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, presales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution, strong client satisfaction, and renewal of existing engagements.
- Maintain C-level relationships, continuously reinforcing the organization’s value proposition as a trusted transformation partner.
- Lead account planning and forecasting activities, setting revenue targets and delivering growth across services.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a strong voice of the client internally.
- Monitor market and industry trends to help clients stay ahead of disruption and transformation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8–15 years of experience in account management, client partnership, or consultative sales within IT Services, preferably with large Provider Healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record in growing existing client portfolios, delivering multimillion-dollar engagements, and building strategic C-suite relationships.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare Provider ecosystem (EHR, Revenue Cycle, Population Health, etc.) and challenges around digital adoption.
- Expertise in digital transformation solutions across cloud, automation, AI/ML, and data analytics as applied to the healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed global organization and drive coordinated outcomes across sales, delivery, and solution teams.
