With deep expertise in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, they deliver end-to-end IT solutions — including application development & modernization, cloud services, data & analytics, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management — that help clients accelerate innovation, optimize operations, and drive competitive advantage.

We are seeking a high-energy Hunter to drive new logo acquisition in the automotive industry, with additional focus on manufacturing. This is a role for someone who thrives on building new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex IT services deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
  • Sell a portfolio of IT services and solutions including application services, cloud & infrastructure, data analytics, and enterprise solutions.
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior technology decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to design tailored, value-driven IT solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 7-10 years overall, with significant exposure to the automotive industry.
  • Proven success in pure hunting IT services sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong network and relationships within the automotive sector; manufacturing connections a plus.
  • Ability to lead complex IT solution sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local to Michigan with established automotive industry relationships.
  • Experience selling IT services in enterprise environments.
  • Self-starter mindset with resilience, drive, and adaptability
