Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise SaaS Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for leading the sales process for qualified leads provided by marketing and inside sales and converting these opportunities into closed business. This individual will focus on enterprise sales of our SaaS platform and must have proven success in selling complex, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from lead handoff through deal closure.
- Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers at multi-location foodservice providers.
- Effectively present and position our SaaS solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and tailored presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to continuously refine messaging and market positioning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
- Provide client feedback and market intelligence to the Sales Director and product team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies for enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in the foodservice tech industry is a plus.
